The Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) is committed to advancing research and dialogue in the field of corporate law by promoting research through competitive grants and scholarships, fostering innovative projects, and enhancing its reputation as a hub for cutting-edge legal scholarship. Through research, training programs, and industry interactions, the Centre aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, equipping students and professionals with the knowledge and skills required to navigate the complexities of corporate law and governance, particularly in areas governed by SEBI regulations and the Companies Act, in an ever-evolving global business environment. The team at the Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) works collectively to advance the Centre’s objectives by undertaking and facilitating research in corporate law, organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs, and engaging with industry experts, academicians, and regulatory bodies. It actively contributes to the development and dissemination of research through publications, online platforms, and databases, while also coordinating collaborative projects with other institutions and stakeholders. The team further assists in supporting the Centre’s initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of its academic and research-oriented activities.
