2nd Corporate Law Summit 2026

21–22 November 2026 Mode: Virtual Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance, DNLU Jabalpur

Corporate law forms the backbone of modern business — defining how companies are constituted, governed, held accountable and aligned with societal expectations. The Summit brings together scholars, practitioners, policymakers and students to present research and examine the IBC (Amendment) Act, 2026, and the evolving CIRP, PIRP and CIIRP frameworks.

Paper Presentation

The inaugural session carries a dedicated segment for paper presentations, open to law students, invited authors, academicians, practising lawyers and subject-matter experts. Submissions may address any dimension of the IBC (Amendment) Act, 2026, CIRP, PIRP and allied fields.

Panel Discussion

Experts from industry, academia, legal practice and policy examine the key reforms of the Amendment Act — their practical implications and the challenges of implementation, and how the framework can balance speedy resolution, creditor protection and value maximisation.
